Seabrook Waffle Company is unique in many ways, probably none more so than it’s’ genesis. What started out as a conversation between neighbors about the need for a place of community became reality in the form of a little shop making Liege waffles. With a little capital and a lot of sweat equity SWC opened in May of 2012 with three goals. Providing a welcoming environment, a quality product and don’t lose money.
